1:Failure to register the tour itinerary with the TIC

* The Compliance Committee is composed of trade and non-trade members, and is responsible for handling cases of violations of the TIC's codes and directives by travel agents and for deciding on proper disciplinary actions to be taken. The travel agents concerned may appeal to the Appeal Board within 14 days from the day following the date of notification of the Committee's punishment decision. If no appeal is filed or the original decision is upheld, the violation cases will be posted on this website for one month.
