A fourth reply to Mr Paul Tse

A fourth reply to Mr Paul Tse

3 September 2008

Dear Mr Tse Wai Chun Paul

I refer to your letter dated 2 September 2008, in which you raised yet again the issues of your appointment as an Honorary Legal Adviser of the TIC and the convening of an EGM.

Although the above two issues have already been addressed in great detail in my letter of 27 August 2008, I would like to simplify my reasons here to facilitate your understanding:

  1. The TIC does not have any document which can prove that you have been appointed as an Honorary Legal Adviser of the TIC. If you have any written evidence, please show it to us.

  2. Among the 96 requisitions delivered by you, a significant number of them were not signed by the authorised person of the members concerned and all requisitions were merely photocopies; the requirement for convening an EGM has not been met.

Yours sincerely
