Disciplinary Actions Against Tour Escorts
The Tour Escort Pass of the following tour escort has been suspended by the Compliance Committee*:

* The Compliance Committee is composed of trade and non-trade members, and is mainly responsible for handling cases of misconduct by Tour Escort Pass holders and for deciding on proper disciplinary actions to be taken. Disciplinary actions include the issuance of a written warning, and suspension or revocation of the Tour Escort Pass.
The Pass holder concerned may appeal to the Appeal Board within 14 days from the day following the date of notification of the Committee's punishment decision. If no appeal is filed or the original decision is upheld, the punishment will be posted on this website. Written warnings will be posted for one month. Suspensions of the Pass will be posted until the end of the suspension period. Tour escorts whose Pass has been revoked will have their name deleted from the Outbound Tour Escort Directory .
