Disciplinary actions include the issuance of a written warning, and suspension or revocation of the Tourist Guide Pass.

The Pass holder concerned may appeal to the Appeal Board within 14 days from the day following the date of notification of the Committee's punishment decision. If no appeal is filed or the original decision is upheld, the punishment will be posted on this website. Written warnings will be posted for one month. Suspensions of the Pass will be posted until the end of the suspension period. Tourist guides whose Pass has been revoked will have their name deleted from the Tourist Guide Directory .
