Spain recognises HKDI as a valid travel document

The Consulate-General of Spain has announced recently that Spain has recognised the Hong Kong Document of Identity for Visa Purposes (HKDI) as a valid travel document. The Consulate-General has started issuing visas on the HKDI on 1 December 2008.
