On 24 September 2009, the TIC held a seminar on how Hong Kong residents can obtain mainland tourist guide and outbound tour escort permits at the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Haking Wong) in order to help Hong Kong’s tourist guides and tour escorts to understand the details.
