- Handle customers (agents) enquiries and make worldwide hotel reservations
- Execute booking and follow through in an efficient, accurate and professional manner

Requirements*
- F. 5 / HKDSE, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Travel and Tourism, or related discipline
- At least 2 years' relevant experience in travel industry
- Computer literate, good communications and interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented, excellent customer relationship management and able to work independently
- Good spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
- At least 2 years' relevant experience in travel industry
