1. Handle daily enquiries, reservation and operation duties
2. To support products development
3. Perform ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements*
1. Higher diploma or above with 3 years experience in travel agency, preferable FIT/Leisure
2. Knowledge of basic cruise operations
3. Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
4. Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
5. Proficiency in PC applications, especially MS Excel, Words and Chinese Word Processing
6. Immediate available is highly preferred
