职责*
- Handle agent/client enquiries, provide travel advice on hotels, visa, air tickets, and other related issues
- Interacting with clients by telephone, e-mail, and occasionally in person
- Execute bookings in an efficient, accurate and professional manner
- Provide full range of service to clients, including pre-event coordination and post-event follow up
- Handle registrations for delegates and their individual flight and hotel reservation requests
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, land operators and any vendors to ensure smooth project processing

要求*
- Form 5 or above, preferably with certificate
- At least 1 year relevant experience
- Knowledge in Sabre is preferably
- Detail oriented, well-organized and able to handle a fast-paced environment
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Self-motivated and hardworking, willing to work irregular hour and travel oversea
- Knowledge on MS office: Excel, Word , PowerPoint and Photoshop is an advantage
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua preferred
- At least 1 year relevant experience

Moreover, we have established direct partnerships with over 13 airlines using the NDC API (New Distribution Capability).
