What you'll be doing
- Handling reservations, scheduling, and ticket issuance
- Coordinating with internal teams, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure the smooth running of tour operations
- Maintaining accurate records and updating the company's booking systems
- Assisting with the development and implementation of new tours and travel packages
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to optimise our services

要求*
Who are the preferred candidates?
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar tour operations or ticketing role within the outbound tourism industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using booking and reservation systems (such as Amadeus)
- Knowledge of travel regulations and industry best practices
- Fluency in English and Cantonese, with additional language skills an advantage
