We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team of travel specialists. The ideal candidate will craft extraordinary travel experiences for our elite clientele while delivering unparalleled service.
Job Duties:
• Design bespoke itineraries tailored to client preferences, including accommodations, transportation logistics, exclusive experiences, and personalized touches
• Develop detailed proposals with meticulous attention to detail, presenting them with professional quotations and compelling presentations
• Cultivate relationships with premium hotel partners, transportation providers, and exclusive experience vendors
• Provide personalized service throughout the client journey, from initial consultation to post-travel follow-up
• Manage complex logistics including ground transportation, airline or private jet bookings, yacht charters, restaurant reservations, and VIP access to events
• Handle last-minute changes efficiently, offering creative solutions to ensure flawless travel experiences
• Research emerging luxury destinations and exclusive experiences that align with our discerning clientele's preferences

要求*
• Minimum 3 years' experience in travel planning, luxury hospitality, or personal concierge services. Applicants with less experience may be considered if they demonstrate excellent industry knowledge and strong interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, hospitality management, or related field
• Passion for travel; first-hand knowledge of luxury destinations and experiences a plus
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin with strong writing skills required; additional languages (French, German, Spanish, Japanese, etc.) highly desirable
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, presentation software, and CRM platforms
• Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with high-profile clients
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, hospitality management, or related field
• Passion for travel; first-hand knowledge of luxury destinations and experiences a plus
