海外旅遊 - 青少年海外交流中心 誠徵遊學顧問及領隊 加入我們的團隊, 負責設計及推廣境外學習活動, 為院校代表提供優質的遊學顧問服務, 並帶領青少年到外地遊學。
你的工作
- 全面了解及分析顧客 (院校及NGO代表) 需求,提供度身訂造的遊學行程建議
- 聯繫及協調服務供應機構, 安排行程細節
- 維繫並發展與客戶的長期關係,提供專業服務, 處理客戶查詢
- 整合遊學的學習資源, 撰寫具吸引力的遊學產品宣傳內容, 透過各渠道推廣
- 作外遊領隊, 帶領遊學團體
Major duties of a Study Tour Consultant
- Planning, marketing; and, organizing tours with educational themes
- Provide professional consultancy service to school teachers and NGO officers
- Communicate/ liaise with clients throughout the process of activity preparation
- Prepare study materials of the tours, conduct seminars for participants and parents
- Leading study tour groups to overseas

- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese,
- Competent in written English,
- Strong communication and customer service skills,
- Outgoing, self-motivated, responsible and well-organized,
- Willing to work under pressure to accomplish common goals,
