Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) continues the Funding Support for Small-sized Meeting, Incentive and Convention (MIC) Groups. The objective of the scheme is to provide business development aid to inbound tour operators in Hong Kong, with the aim of strengthening their competitiveness in attracting small-sized MIC businesses to Hong Kong. The updated scheme will take effect from 1 May 2025.
 

Key Updates to the Funding Scheme
The eligible group size stays at 10–400 non-Hong Kong participants, with funding capped at the 400-participant level for groups exceeding this size. Groups are now required to stay in a licensed hotel in Hong Kong for at least two (2) nights (previously 1 night). Additionally, funding amounts have been refined to ensure the scheme’s resources are allocated efficiently and effectively, providing better support for eligible groups based on their specific needs.
