Due to improvement works at the Hong Kong Palace Museum’s coach pick-up/drop-off area, the original area will be temporarily closed from 7 January to 14 February 2026 (for approximately six weeks). A temporary pick-up/drop-off area will be set up at the West Gate Open Car Park. All coach drivers and relevant personnels are requested to follow the instructions of on-site staff and temporary traffic signs to proceed to the temporary pick-up/drop-off area at the West Gate Open Car Park(Please follow the below map) or other designated zones, and please leave immediately after completing passenger boarding or alighting to maintain smooth traffic flow. After alighting, passengers will only need to walk about 3 minutes to reach the main entrance of the Hong Kong Palace Museum. For those heading to the Art Park, coach drivers may continue to use the Art Park pick up/drop-off area but cannot remain for long. Please leave immediately after completing passenger boarding or alighting to ensure smooth traffic.
