Hong Kong Tourism Board will organise the 2026 Sun Life Hong Kong International Dragon Boat Festival from 19 June to 1 July at Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade between the Avenue of Stars (AOS) and Salisbury Garden.

Highlights of the Festival will be the 50th Hong Kong International Dragon Boat Races which brings together dragon boat teams from around the globe to complete for glory on 27-28 June at Victoria Harbour, off the Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade.

In consideration of public safety, appropriate crowd control measures will be implemented in phases along the AOS and Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade, covering the setup, event and dismantling between 16 June and 3 July.

Additionally, to facilitate the preparation work along Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade, with the support of the Transport Department and the Hong Kong Police Force, several pick-up and drop-off points in the westbound lay-by area of Salisbury Road will be reserved for the event on 25-28 June 2026. Please inform all relevant parties to take note and make necessary arrangements in advance.
