Job description*
Responding to inquires about company's services and offerings. (Online and Offline)
Determining each client's requirements, including destinations, Air Fares, Hotels and Ancillaries etc.
Sell the appropriate travel products to the right customer.
Informing clients about settlement, rebooking and cancellation policy.
Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers
Ensure customer / company data is secured and handled appropriately
Reach the sales and revenue targets

Requirements*
HKDSE or HKCEE or above
Minimum 2-4 years' experience handling FIT/E-Commerce Travel Business
Proficiency in Reservation System (e.g. Sabre, Amadeus, Tavelport etc), Internet booking tools and MS Office
Strong Air Fares, Ticketing, GDS and World Wide Hotel knowledge
Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, independent, service-oriented and determine to achieve sales target
