Job description*
- Handle leisure travel arrangement, eg. cruise reservations or orders
- Provide professional advice on wide range of travel offers such as air tickets options, cruises, hotels, transportation, cost-saving alternatives, travel insurance product, etc. to travelers.
- Respond to customers’ enquires and requests in a timely professional manner
- Search, create and confirm travel itineraries, bookings and reservations for the customer in a timely accurate and efficient manner.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers and other documentation.
- Perform ad-hoc duties or projects as and when assigned.

Requirements*
- Form 5 / HKDSE or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Travel and Tourism
- Relevant working experience in travel booking, reservation and ticketing is preferred
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Demonstrate understanding of customer servicing excellence and strong problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Independent, responsible, positive, multitasking, and able to work under pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese), knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
