Job description*
- Reservation & Operation Support
- Handle daily clerical duties
- 05 days work, bank holiday
- Responsible for manages customer reservations, ensuring efficient booking and a positive customer experience for hotels and travel products. Duties include processing bookings, handling changes and cancellations, communicating with clients, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with colleagues.
- Handle daily clerical duties including e-mail, data entries to booking system, filing and documentation.
- Perform any other duties as required by reservation department or supervisors

Requirements*
Requirements:
- HKCEE/HKDSE holder or above
- 1-2 years of working experience is preferred, with exposure in tourism industry is an advantage
- Good communication skill, detail-oriented and well-organised
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive and positive
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good practical knowledge of computer skills, such as Word & Excel
- Fresh graduates are welcome
