Job description*
• Assist account manager by providing full range of travel services: Design customised itinerary for Northeast Asian countries travel, calculate tour cost and prepare final document for clients from LATAM region.
• Execute bookings and follow through in an efficient, accurate and professional manner, able to handle changes before and during tour.
• Handle Hotel/air/land/meal, etc. reservations for clients after booking is confirmed
• It is a junior position

Requirements*
• Detail-oriented and good organizational skills to
handle a large variety of simultaneous tasks
• Good command of written and spoken English.
Able to communicate in Spanish or Portuguese is a big asset but not compulsory.
• Ability to work independently while can fit in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong travel interests and knowledge in northeast Asian countries, especially Japan and China
• Relevant experience in tourism or hospitality sector is a big asset.
• Courteous, service oriented, resourceful with pleasant personality; able to work with international clientele
