Job description*
Join our team in delivering overseas conventions, corporate meetings and incentive events for Hong Kong-based corporate clients and associations.
As a Project Executive – MICE, you will support projects from planning through onsite execution, gaining hands-on exposure to every stage of an international event.
Your responsibilities include:
• Conduct research and develop suitable event concepts, venues, programmes and solutions based on client requirements; liaise with relevant vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations, consolidate information and proposals, prepare client presentation decks, and develop preliminary project budgets and costings
• Take ownership of assigned small-scale projects from planning to delivery, with guidance and support from senior team members
• Coordinate delegate registrations, flight arrangements, hotel bookings and rooming lists
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, destination partners, restaurants and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
• Research and source venues, restaurants, corporate gifts, souvenirs, uniforms and event materials
• Compare quotations, place orders and follow up with vendors on production and delivery
• Support onsite event operations
• Handle project administration, such as petty cash reimbursement, payment follow-up and documentation
This role combines creativity, problem solving and detailed execution. One day you may be researching the perfect restaurant or corporate gift for a client, while the next day you may be coordinating rooming lists, supplier follow-up or onsite event operations. If you enjoy variety, ownership and turning ideas into reality, you'll enjoy this role.
