TIC Chairman Mrs Gianna HSU, Deputy Chairman (2021-2023) Mr Tommy TAM, Deputy Chairman Mr Ricky TSE and Executive Director Ms Fanny YEUNG were awarded in “SCST’s Commendation Scheme”
Organised by the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau of the HKSAR Government, the first “SCST’s Commendation Scheme” Presentation Ceremony was held on 14 December 2023. TIC Chairman Mrs Gianna HSU, Deputy Chairman (2021-2023) Mr Tommy TAM, Deputy Chairman Mr Ricky TSE and Executive Director Ms Fanny YEUNG were awarded for their remarkable accomplishments and contributions in promoting tourism development.
Mr Kevin YEUNG GBS, JP, Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism, mentioned in his speech that “for those who have contributed to Hong Kong’s tourism industry, you are committed to connect various stakeholders, facilitate mutual cooperation, and provide quality services to tourists from all over the world and local tourists, as well as provide many valuable opinions on improving the quality of tourism services from time to time. Your contributions for long-term development of the tourism industry and Hong Kong’s economy cannot be discounted.”
The TIC is honoured to be greatly affirmed and recognized by the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau of the HKSAR Government, and will continue to contribute to promoting tourism development and building a better Hong Kong.
