Job description*
Develop, manage, and enhance long-haul travel products aligned with market demand and company strategy
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong working relationships with airlines and land operators
Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure successful product launches
Monitor product performance and recommend improvements to maximize profitability
Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor offerings, and emerging destinations

Requirements*
Minimum 8 years of experience in the travel industry
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in product development, with a focus on long-haul travel
Strong network and established relationships with airlines and land suppliers
Proven ability to analyze market needs and translate insights into successful travel products
Commercially minded with a track record of developing new business opportunities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Supervisor - Product Development
