Responsibilities:
• Be part of a vibrant and energetic cruise team to deliver sales revenue and passenger numbers
• Counter sales to retail customers of cruise packages
• Provide professional travel solutions and superb services to ensure client satisfaction
• Liaise with cruise company to manage promotional campaign

Requirements*
Requirements:
• Must be digital savvy and good with technologies
• Diploma in Tourism or related discipline and above
• Minimum 2 years of Cruise Consultant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
• Sound knowledge of GDS reservation systems such as Amadeus is preferred
• Good communication skills with peoples
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proactive, flexible, good communication skills and able to work independently
